Connection to oneself, God, and others is often a goal we carry in life. How can we connect more deeply? Often individuals operate detached from these sources, without knowing any tools for bringing about a new connection. This course helps you explore topics of self-compassion, mindfulness, healing-arts, and centering prayer as pathways to bring a new connection. The purpose of practicing these tools is to create a new view of self and others that changes the awareness with which you can live. As you change the view with which you approach yourself and your relationships, you will be able to enter into sweeter, deeper connections.
