About

I am Dr. Amy Wengrenovich Hummel and I help individuals form a deeper connection to themselves, God, and others to live a more whole, integrated life. I do this by offering online courses, free book clubs, and my blog posts intended for self-growth. I also offer individual, couples, and group therapy.

I have grown by investing in myself and have seen the benefits. I struggled to know how to connect with myself and know what was right for me in my life. Through my personal investment to journey a bit deeper, I am now much more equipped to make decisions that are in line with the core of who I am. I love helping others reach this same potential!

Just a bit more about me...

When I'm not counseling or writing, I love spending time with my husband, Alan, and daughter, Marley. I am energized when I find time to be outside, going on walks, kayaking, playing at the beach, or biking. I also love reading with a warm cup of coffee in hand.
